Tweed Valley Rollers (TVR) is a co-ed, member run, not-for-profit, registered roller derby club. In keeping with the world-wide roller derby philosophy, TVR is ‘run by members, for members’.

Established in 2009, TVR has an average of 30 members, who reside from the Northern Gold Coast right down to the North Coast of NSW. We are known for creating a fun, inclusive and supportive atmosphere for our skaters, as well as our non skating members. TVR are proudly true to the spirit of Roller Derby, welcoming skaters from all walks of life, no matter their skill level, to join our diverse Derby community.

TVR is a family friendly, inclusive, athletic and supportive environment, where skaters can achieve their goals at their own pace. Our league is ‘co-ed’ to support the development of both women’s and men’s roller derby.

TVR try to host several home scrims each year, inviting local skaters , NSOs, referees, MCs and volunteers to get involved at a learning, friendly level.

TVR are also a member of QRDL (Queensland Roller Derby League) who host Open Season; where our Valley Valkyries compete.

The Valley Vixens, our travel team, frequently travels to play interstate teams and compete in tournaments.
