What:  Non Competitive/Fun scrim

The aim of this scrim is to provide a friendly supportive environment for those new to all the derby roles; playing, reffing, NSOing & Bench Crew, with guidance from those experienced in these areas.

Who can get involved:

• OPEN Gender B/C grade skaters
                            This scrim is specifically aimed at those with minimal scrim/game experience.
                            With experienced skaters as mentors, who can moderate their impact accordingly.
• Refs & NSOs - experienced & those wanting to gain knowledge and learn. 
• Bench crew - anyone who would like to support their skaters or gain experience in this area 

When: Saturday 26th September, 12.30pm- 2pm (Warm up from Midday)

Where: Epic Skate rink, Tweed Heads

Cost: $15 for players

Note: Volunteers must register if they are involved in the event - Volunteer Registration is Free, and includes (non skating) insurance for the event.

Skate Australia Members (including other affiliated States - SkateQLD, SkateSA and SkateWA) must register their participation here.

* All members of the team in which Skate Australia members are participating must be Skate Australia RDA Competitive members.

There is now provision for Skate Australia members to participate in mixed teams (ie Skate Australia and Skate Victoria members).

Please note all event Officials (those participants in charge of the event requiring qualification) must be Skate Australia members.

Non Members Officials with Insurance Cover for their participation in this event, may register as a Skate Australia Associate Member.

It is the event organiser responsibility to ensure all participants are correctly covered for the event (ie if there is a player participating without the correct level of insurance this may affect the cover provided).

Participation with Non-Skate Australia / Non-Skate Victoria members is not permitted (Non members will need to be insured with either Skate Australia or Skate Victoria).

Available to participants who do not have Sports Injury Insurance Cover with Skate Australia and complete the Event Registration form

Non-Member Event Insurance is a non-member non-upgradeable event insurance cover.

Sports Injury Insurance Cover is only whilst participating in this event, for the duration of this event.
